So grab on your apron and start making these cute little packages of happiness, we mean the yummylicious Mini Veg Sliders <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />Pattice <br />- Grated carrots <br />- Grated zucchini <br />- Salt <br />- Boiled and grated potatoes <br />- Boiled corn <br />- Grated garlic <br />- Finely chopped green chillies <br />- Chilli flakes <br />- Dried oregano <br />- Breadcrumbs <br /> <br />Salad <br />- Rocket Leaves/ Lettuce <br />- thinly sliced onion rings <br />- Vinegar <br />- Honey <br />- Tomato Slices <br /> <br />Mayo Dip <br />- Mayonnaise <br />- Mustard Sauce <br />- Ketchup <br /> <br />Method: <br />Pattice <br />- In a bowl mix grated carrots and grated zucchinni and add little salt and keep the mixture aside <br />- In other bowl add boiled and grated potatoes, boiled corn, grated garlic, green chillies, chilli flakes, dried oregano and breadcrumbs and salt to taste <br />- Add the carrots and zucchini mixture with the other ingredients, make sure you dry them out before adding <br />- Apply some cornstarch to your hand and start making round pattice according to the size of your burger buns <br />- Heat some oil, place the pattice until cooked <br /> <br />Salad <br />- Break the rocket leaves in small bits <br />- Add onion rings, vinegar and few drops of honey and pinch of salt and mix it <br /> <br />Mayo dip <br />- Mix Mayonnaise sauce, mustard sauce and ketchup <br /> <br />Sliders <br />- Slit the Mini Burger Buns <br />- Warm the burger buns, on both the sides <br />- Apply little bit of Mayo on the bread, place tomato slice the pattice and salad and top it up with other slice <br /> <br />Director: Suchandra Basu <br />Camera: Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal, Manjeet Katariya, Narayan Thakur <br />Editing: Dinesh Shetty <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
